Does learning U-world question patterns help in step 2?

U-World is the primary resource of step 2. I have been dedicating a lot of time to it, and honestly i dont have any time constraints. I just wanna do it properly.
I do around 40 questions daily AND also kinda revise 10-15 questions back from the previous test (Both correct and incorrect). In the revision, i primarily focus on the information that still was not stuck with me (even tho i have done it) and the subtle clues that point to a certain diagnosis( i hope we all can agree how subtle can U-World get -
Suppose a premature mature with 2.1 kg mass with apnea -> has necrotising enterocolitis lol). I note this information down, which i will review during the dedicated step 2 phase.

I am lowkey confused if this is the right approach? Or should I invest time into another question ( AMBOSS for example) ?
