Sold something earlier this week and the buyer paid and booked postage through Vinted. Clicked ‘get postage code’ in the chat and nothing happened.

Didn’t worry too much since I wasn’t planning to send it until today with some other items. Tried again this morning and still doing the same.

I contacted the seller after checking Vinted troubleshooting page and suggested they double check all of their details were correct. They assured me they were so we both agreed I cancel, relief and try again. Still the same. Contacted support and they suggested there have been problems with their code generating and they were working to fix it.

I’ve sold and sent several other things this week and not had this issue. Anybody else experience this?
