I'm so grateful for this low-cost, easy "treatment". I regret i didn't get them sooner.

In the evening or afternoon I put lubricating drops in my eyes and put the mask on for about 30 minutes minimum. It really gives my eyes a good rest and they feel so fresh afterwards. Of course, the effect doesn't last forever, but I feel it's an essential component in my overall healing process.
