I have an account with Alrajhi Capital and it shows I can purchase US stocks, but the terms and conditions are not very easily understandable. They are in arabic and also the charges are not easily to understand.

Can I easily purchase and sell stocks via Alrajhi Capital?

Is it the best possible application available for doing this?

What will be the charges per purchase or per stock?

How will I recieve dividends from the stocks?

What will happen if I intend to keep the stocks for long term?

Are there any hidden yearly charges just for owning stocks in US market?

I am feeling my eye sight has gotten weak or something. I want to visit an eye specialist to thoroughy investigate the issue.

Can anyone recommend eye specialist in Ryadh? (English speaking would be preferred).

And will the visit be covered by my medical insurance? I am here on work visa (Iqama).
