How do you avoid losing gains when work gets too busy?

26M | 175cm | 74kg

Back in the gym after a 2-week hiatus because of work and night shift schedule. Finally got one workout in my rest day, but I’ll probably need to take another week off again due to work.

Honestly worried about losing progress or momentum whenever life gets busy. For those who also get forced breaks from the gym because of work/schedule, what do you usually do to maintain your physique and strength?
