I know this sounds strange coming from a male, but this is the body type I would like to have. I have nothing against those who want to bulk up, but I personally do not find that attractive and I would much rather have a body that's closer to this.

I have been exercising for about 7 months now and I'd like to know how to achieve this body.

My current routine is:

  1. Stretching

  2. I curl a bar bell 20 times and then I put it behind my head and lift it another 20

  3. I do six push-ups, I've only recently moved away from knee push-ups and I'm still building the strength

  4. I do 50 leg lifts

  5. I do 50 bicycle things

  6. I get on the treadmill for 10 minutes (although I'm thinking about doing other leg exercises)
