Can the server at least make an effort to retain RPers? Many people are unhappy with the server's state from multiple perspectives. Cops are dissatisfied with people constantly fleeing traffic stops in decked-out cars. Saw some people switch games / go off duty because of this. One person literally went to patrol on NoPixel because there was more traffic stop RP (and they were right).

On the other hand, some people on the crime side are dissatisfied with how heavy-handed the police department is, particularly during EU. Crime in the EU is basically nonexistent for many reasons (heavy-handed cops objectively chased most people off the server). When there is a crime, basically everyone responds. Kyle's stream today was a good example of this. He was driving a shit car, was alone, but the PD threw everything at him, including spam tasing and multiple units. This goes against everything Penta has said OOC about how cops should respond to situations.

When the server is bleeding people during EU, it seems like self-sabotage to continue to respond so heavily-handed.

Do we need to revisit the government conflict RP again? I thought we had just gone through 3 weeks of hellish RP because of poorly applied charges. Now Windsong is being charged for public intoxication when the charge says a blood alcohol level of 0.08% (doesn't really apply to THC). The charge also says the person must be causing a public disturbance. Most of the hospital staff were uncomfortable with the charge, as were most of the PD.

Windsong met with Hank Cliff about the current state of the LSPD and expressed her disatisfication with Rudy Chalk. She wants Hank Cliff to replace Chalk. She is having him with sit with the decision. He's going to provide her an answer this week.

Stemming from different situations, but today might be the craziest day on Chase in terms of arrests against cops. Morgan Luna issued a warrant for the arrest of Bobby Charles, Gordon, and Carmine for interrupting a scheduled court case (which carries over 1,000 months in prison time).

Bowmen (from the LSPD) was also just arrested by the BCSO for a potential bad shooting. Leo and Minx could also be facing charges. Sharpe is worried the LSPD will arrest him in retaliation.

After holding a public humiliation ritual and postponing a decision for days, Chalk has finally reinstated Ava. Most of the blowback from the humiliation ritual was attributed to the BCSO being bad and spreading misinformation. Silas Wrangler mentions exceeded 15.

What will Windsong do? Ava told Windsong she has no faith in the current leadeership of the LSPD. Last time in the city, Windsong said she moving toward removing Chalk.
