Considering the fact that we are in our final year of the MYP (yayy!!), moving to the DP subject choices need to be made. I want to go into law preferably uni in England, and my subject choices are:
- History HL
- Economics HL
-Literature HL
(unfortunately my school does not offer global politics).
For my SL's I have:
-Comp. Sci (weird choice I know but I'm picking something I think would be a doable 7 or worst case 6 and I quite enjoy the subject.)
-Math AA
-Spanish AB.
My Concerns are :
- I didn’t take History in MYP so is HL History still manageable, or would I be at a disadvantage?
-Are these subject choices a good combination for applying to law in the UK?
-Does anyone have advice on how to prepare over the summer (especially for History, Economics and Comp. Sci)?
- Any general tips, warnings, or things you wish you knew before starting these subjects?
I just need some help to make a firm decision 🤣 and would appreciate any insights at all from our batch or the ones before us.
