Lost weight from lack of appetite, is it giving me a better foundation?
I'm dealing with heartbreak right now and I've gone from 126 lbs at 5'1 female, to about 108 lbs in about 2 months. I've been in the gym consistently and upping my protein, but about a week ago I was in another stupid situation and it set me back again and I've hardly been able to eat. Is it okay if I just drink protein smoothies for breakfast lunch and dinner right now? I'm sad that I may be losing my gains that I've been working hard on
I'm trying to see the bright side, maybe I have a better base for when I do feel better mentally and I can gain the weight back in a better way. Has anyone gone through this, or is it really hard to get back to how I was when I was in the gym consistently and eating actual meals? Thank you!
