Hi,

I'm looking into a problem with my nespresso creatista plus. It works great still, except for one issue. Whenever I want to select a different coffee than the previous I have to use the dial to go through the menu, however since late, the dial goes backwards through the rotation this only happens when I turn the dial clockwise. Which is really annoying because I just stand there fidgeting with the thing until it works properly again. Can't seem to find a reason why it happens or stops. Does anyone around here have any idea?
