Hello! I’m a long time Capital One Venture X customer, and have transferred rewards several times for flights. I found a great deal on Turkish airlines and wanted to book ASAP, which hasn’t been a problem in the past. I’m receiving this message across all platforms (mobile app, desktop, desktop incognito). I’ve tried turning VPN off/on and nothing is working. I’m currently sailing offshore so I’m on WiFi only but I’m still able to get multi factor authentication texts, and have never had trouble doing banking transactions while offshore. Any thoughts? I unfortunately can’t call customer service but Reddit can usually solve most problems 🤞
