Good find?

An hour and a half apart.

I got the gen 2 3 days ago.

I have put them on the charger and the glasses charge but the case wont.

I put the case to charge and the case lights up orange for about 10-20 seconds before turning off. Then it just stays as 25% even though its plugged into the charger the whole time.

Throughout the day as I have the glasses in the case with me, I will occasionally get a notification every 5 minutes telling me that the case is low.

Any idea what I can do or should I go with the safe option and get a replacement case with my warranty
