Posting this on one of my new accounts. Basically I received an email from outlook, which was sent by an external organization claiming to be tutor facility. They literally advertised service that breaches university regulations, such as doing your essay and attending classes on your behalf.
What upset me is that this seems to be only sent to outlook accounts of Chinese students in this university, as I did not see my non Chinese friends receiving this message on their outlook. I hope the university have a crackdown on this, I don’t want to see advertisements from these organization, especially not in my university outlook accounts.
