So, I usually charge my clients $1.5 per inch on paintings. So, if a canvas is 16x20, I charge $480. That is for portraits, which is my specialty. This lady asked me to paint a tree, nothing else in the background, no leaves. Just the leafless tree in the middle of a 20x20 canvas. How should I charge for it. If I charge the usual $1.5 per inch, it will be too much for just one tree.
