Does anyone have experience for the amount of water required per pee puddle size, any other chemicals needed in a solution, and any other possible tip or advice. On which situations would you wash urine, which not?

After the latest viral news article on "Italian city threatens to fine dog owners if they don't rinse dog urine" my country's social media has basically exploded on how dog owners are pissing on the social contract if they don't wash after their dog.

I on the other hand have some doubts on whether it is feasible to carry around the amount of water needed for a 25kg dog's markings on a typical 40-60minute walk, whether making an even larger puddle would help anyone, whether throwing more chemicals into the mix wouldn't be even more disruptive to public health/sensitivities etc.

...μας λέγανε ότι δεν έχουν κανένα πρόβλημα με την Ελλάδα. Τα πραγματικά τους προβλήματα είναι μονο με τις σοβαρές στρατιωτικά χώρες/ομάδες όπως Συρία και Κούρδοι;
