I realize the servers have been buggy as hell lately but I was wondering if anyone has had success working around it? I can load in, play for about 2 laggy mins then the NPCs freeze and I eventually get kicked. My latency is about 200-300 ms and packet loss is 20-30% before the NPC freeze.

I just want to play the game, damnit!
