I really think I'm autistic. I do have ADHD combined type, Anxiety, OCD and a long history of trauma as well. I've been misdiagnosed before with bipolar 1 and BPD and now I don't have those diagnoses. My therapist supports the autism diagnosis but I haven't yet been formally diagnosed. I don't have the funds for a proper diagnosis that also may say I don't have it when I do, or do have it when I don't My question: is it okay to the autism community to self diagnose? Thanks!
