I had a MD a week ago and recovery has been pretty good but there still just stiffness and soreness in lower back.

I have hardly had to take any medication during recovery and up and walking mostly right after so it seems like an easy recovery luckily but for those that had easier recoveries how much longer until you feel 100%?

the nerve pain is gone and I’m able to sit but trying to avoid sitting and obviously no BLT
