I’m beyond desperate and I have gotten two doctors opinions and don’t know what else to do

August 2025 - I had surgery to remove a cyst that was causing knee pain. Since then I have been in PT, still don’t have full extension back and still have pain. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago because my insurance for PT ran out and he said he thinks it is just “stiff knee” (not sure how that’s helpful).

Anyways, here’s a pic of my knee after walking maybe 1.5 miles today. It’s even stiffer than normal and I have insane pain on the front when straightening it.
