(Edit for location) Hi I'm looking for 6-15 mile countryside walks with as little traffic as possible. I'm in Bessacarr and ideally looking for somewhere within a short drive.

I'm not running as much as I'd like to. When I do a decent effort at parkrun my legs ache the next day or two. Is there anything i can do pre or post to reduce this?
