If you feel that your going to have a seizure, in the next 10 seconds try to take a deep breath and grab your phone as soon as possible and use the front camera to record the entire process and keep the video recording until you are at least 90% back to normal and your speech is back and your body is okay physically.
Many people who don’t suffer from painful seizures may not have a full understanding of what to do for someone who does have seizures. Rather they may be common for you or just random episodes. Some people believe pharmaceutical meds work and “help” but from my experience I’ve had a better experience with less seizures while completely stop taking any pharmaceutical pills and just using cannabis when brain cramps/migraines/starting seizures I just get a joint or grab my bong and take a few puffs then the seizure is over like something in my brain has a positive neurological reaction to stop the seizure. This is only me and from my experience in the past 365 days. Part of this self trial process I was taking the pharmaceutical meds and the seizures were more common, but after stopping the pharmaceuticals and only using cannabis when headaches happen or I may feel a physical seizure occurring I just use cannabis and the seizure completely stops. But before the pharmaceuticals were completely out of my system it had taken a little bit longer for the seizures to stop at the same tested speeds. I often wear a cheap but cool Casio watch from Walmart and I use it as a timer to when I have seizure episodes.
Also for being out in public in any medical emergency’s occurring there’s usually at least 1 dispensary pre-roll around. Also I have a small dog tag that has a parents phone number for any medical emergency’s but the necklace that the dog tag came with broke so I just keep it attached to my keychain.
I hope this post really helps others who are struggling or new to experiencing seizures at any age, and I hope you do your own personal research and not just believe 100% everything the doctors tell you. And always try to write down your experiences or type them in notes in a category and when you have time compare your different experiences with others who experience seizures. It really helps to be in communication with others who have the same experiences.
Stay safe and keep living ❤️🩹
