Hello everyone!

I am planning to transfer to UMich because some of the labs and the school environment. I am wondering if anyone can provide some information about the transfer SAT optional policy:

Did you submit SAT (what range is it)?

Or did you follow the SAT optional policy?

And how is the school culture? Are international students welcomed here (because I heard two different voices online, and I am not a very outgoing person)?

The information online is a little bit vague, and I really thank everyone for reading this!
