A couple weeks ago I added some Rain-X additive to my windshield washer fluid, and ever since then it’s left marks/streaks all over parts of my car whenever I use it. It almost looks like dried residue or water spots.

I’ve tried washing the car normally but the marks are still there. Has anyone else had this happen before, and is there a way to get them off without damaging the paint? Any products or methods you’d recommend?
