I’ve been using the Soundcore Q45 and I’m trying to get the best possible sound out of them in two different setups:

  1. Wired (AUX) + headphones turned ON
  2. Bluetooth connected to my phone

I listen to metal and j-pop mostly. I’d really appreciate it if anyone could share their custom EQ settings for either (or both) setups. Especially something balanced but still good for heavier music.

Also had a quick question about volume control on mobile:
On my phone, I feel stuck between two volume steps. One is too quiet but increasing it by just one step makes it too loud. Is there any way to get more granular control over volume (apps, settings, dev options, etc.)?

Thanks in advance!

Has - two 4 kg dumbbells, yoga mat, pull up bar

Has done- 5 push ups, YouTube follow along full body dumbbell workouts (15 mins max), jog in the morning for 15 mins and hung from the pull up bar for a minute or two.

Can't do- pull ups or lots of push ups

I have a skinny fat body which hasn't changed over the year despite me irregularly skipping meals. I eat whatever my mum makes as I'm 19 and I can only eat protein once a week.

I lose consistency since I feel demotivated at not seeing results and because the exercises shown by the YouTubers are different between channels.

A detailed workout plan for the week would be great.

Thanks a lot in advance. Feel free to ask questions if needed.
