Is there any group or something for people who got ITA in April?

I have my interview scheduled in Calgary next week, but I had initially selected Toronto as the consulate on my DS-160 form. Later, I found an appointment in Calgary. What should I do? Can I use the same DS-160 form, or should I fill out a new DS-160 form? I’m also unable to update it in the appointment portal. Please help if anyone has gone through the same situation.

I have completed a 1+1 year certificate program from a college in Canada, and I also hold a bachelor’s degree from my home country.

Which option should I select for my education level?
Also, in the section for “Ontario College Certificate,” which category should I choose?
