Hello! My dad has had this bell forever. I remember it as a kid up on a post, but it hasn't been installed for probably 30 years. I would like to put it back on a post and make it look good.

Does anyone know anything about it? Just curious. I don't plan on restoring it anything. Bet it weighs 60lbs! Thanks!
