Quoted $1,200 for Front Control Arms on 2019 Pilot/100k miles– Is this a dealership rip-off?
Hey everyone,
I took my 2019 Honda Pilot AWD (100k miles) in for service in December 2025, and the dealer technician flagged that one of the front control arm bushings are torn.
They quoted me $1,200 to replace both front control arms and perform a four-wheel alignment.
Has anyone had this done at a local shop? I’m curious if the savings are significant or if I should stick with OEM parts and dealer labor rates.
If they are just "torn" (not clunking or vibrating yet), how much time do I realistically have to get this fixed?
Thanks!
