Lost In Paradise - Need advice

I have a booking for me & my wife on 19th May Tuesday evening at the Lost of Paradise rooftop bar in Long Island City. Main reason was to take advantage of happy hour pricing and the views. The pics show that its an open rooftop bar with great views but I want to check here if its all closed and if anyone has been there recently. Should I cancel my booking here? I see some posts about it being unsafe 1 year back but would appreciate youe advice for now. Thanks.
