I have served my two months' notice on a tenancy contract singed 2 years ago. The LL asks for a 'professional clean' am I correct to not do it because: I don't believe I need to under 2019 law change, the check-in states the level of cleaning when we moved in an intend to give it back in same state and we had to get our own cleaner when we moved in anyway. The LL also asked for check out to be done on the last day of lease and it is scheduled for early afternoon - is that correct or should they schedule check-out the day after our lease end date? Appreciate some advice please.

I went to a salon in London that is an expert in curly hair and was give advice which I am wondering about. 1) water for hydration and a leave-in is all you need no styling or hold gel, 2) drying the hair upside down disrupts curl pattern, 3) next day fly-aways frizz management only needs more water on the hair, again no gels. Mine are a mix of mainly Botticelli, tight curls and wavy baby hair and some grey. Any water or humidity adds volume, water initially keeps frizz down but soon after frizzes again. Without a hold gel the curls are pretty lost. Therefore the advice is not suitable, but I was wondering if it is at all suitable for any curly hair and curious to hear others' experience.
