Frontier booking process - supper confusing , prolonged and very easy to start booking of a round trip- planning a family vacation and end up with a one way trip with no returning flight. This is what I get for trying to save a hundred dollars- ending up booking a second one way trip , increasing you cost with a few hundred dollars more than what you would have paid originally with a normal company and a normal service plus the bonus- headache and stress with unhelpful customer service rep
