Hello everyone!

In the past year I have lost over 70 pounds (264lbs to 194lbs). I went from roughly 37% BF to around 24% in that time. Now, I am 5' 9" and was a collegiate football player (FB) with an endomorph body type so I am concerned because I am not positive or confident that I should be dropping to 170 or lower to get to a desired look (I'd love to get to 14-18%). I assume 190-200 is ideal but just want to get to that 14-18% body fat range.

I am not a novice by an means to weight training and diet. But wanted to ask some experts as to best ways to remain 190ish pounds (max 200) and lower bodyfat percentage. Im looking for best diets, time of day to workout (I know that strength training is probably best), tips, nutrition, etc. Thanks everyone!
