Hello

at wits end here, for the past two years I’ve been working remote in Ireland and have a home in uk with British citizenship. I’m american originally and most of my previous work experience is in USA at top multinationals like Samsung. I work as an e-commerce manager in Ireland remotely for 5 years.

ive applied for nearly 1000 jobs in every field of ecommerce from Amazon account y manager to merchandising manager to ecommerce manager, all of which I have years experience in with a few key call-out results that should stand out on my cv.

Ive updated my cv to fit each role and have two masters degrees in digital marketing from a top university in Ireland.

after all this I’ve worked with recruiters, applied on many different resources and nothing. Almost an instant rejection. Ive had a handful of interviews maybe 4 which resulted in no second interview and was ghosted on a few. The ones with an agency They told them I interviewed well but didn’t want proceed.

im not sure what is the issue, I present well and am optimistic and knowledgeable in the Interviews.

the only thing I can think at this point is the job market is really this bad or I am being discriminated against :( I am only 32 years old
