Slightly different angle on this… most of what you see around “tired eyes” is skin, fat, volume loss etc…
but I’ve got some facial asymmetry, and what’s odd is one side of my face looks noticeably more tired than the other… the strange bit is the side I’ve probably compressed more over time actually looks slightly better… fuller… fewer lines… which feels backwards if this is purely structural… made me wonder if part of this is functional as well… i.e. how the muscles around the eyes / upper face are actually holding things…
I’ve been playing around with a rough forehead-worn setup with pads… just to give that area something to push against… early… could be nothing but it does seem to change how muscle engage through closed chain contraction (brow / upper cheek)… not claiming anything… just wondering if we’ve been looking at this too much as “skin” and not enough as “function” interested in honest thoughts / pushback
