Hey everyone,

Quick update on my journey. My last post was at Day 20, and I’ve now reached Day 148 (about 4 months and 3 weeks) post-op.

The Stats:
• Surgery Dates: Dec 9 & 10, 2025
• Graft Count: 5,000 Grafts
• Clinic: Cosmedica
• Meds: Finasteride & Minoxidil (started in Month 2)

My Experience So Far:

I’m really happy with the progress. The hairline has filled in significantly and is finally framing my face again. Interestingly, the front seems to be growing and thickening a bit faster than the mid-scalp area, but I can feel the density in the middle starting to catch up now.
I’m still getting a few minor spots/irritations on the donor area occasionally, but nothing major.
What do you guys think of the progress for the 5-month mark?
