Im an electrician by trade worked on control wiring but no so much this set up (more the supply and load side of things and not into the electronics side) this switch on my 3d printer is crackling when on, like its not getting held in position correctly. Can I bridge it safely and what are the 2 caps actually doing for future reference? (The 240v in is actually lower voltage from laptop power brick)
