Here’s a little video showing the versatility of the new Aerodrums 2. This is a drumless track, so all percussion sounds are coming from the unit capturing my movements in real time via the mo-cap balls on the end of the sticks and worn on your shoes. I modified an extra bass drum pedal for a more realistic feel. I’m wearing a Meta Quest 3 headset to actually see the kit in AR, but it’s not necessary. You can control it with any phone, iPad or computer. This is just a joy to play, and the whole thing fits in a case about half the size of a briefcase so you can play anywhere.
