Does anyone have any direct experience using this dog carrier on American Airlines? There seems to be a range of acceptable size sizes for American flights. And this one is at the high end of the range. It’s a little too long and a little too wide, but the height is shorter than the requirement. I feel like the color of this carrier makes it look bigger than it is. And I don’t want to get denied when I go to check in at the gate. Just looking for anyone that might have experience with this particular carrier. I have already ordered it and I’m considering a dry run to the airport with my dog to check in with the gate people to see what they think of it but wanted to ask Reddit as well. Thank you!!! oh I should also add that I am flying first class so be a little bit more room by my feet then an economy class seat.
