I've been all in on Claude Code for the last few months, and my ADD meant I kept starting new Claude sessions in new tabs, and by the end of the day that meant I would have 12 sessions, and have no idea what state any of them were in.

I built this app called Harness. It puts all of your Claude Sessions into one window. The status icons let you know which ones need your attention. You can also spin up associated shells for dev servers or testing locally. There's a fully embedded text editor and diff reviewer, and it supports both Claude and Codex.

It's mac only for now. Free and open source. Been building it for about 2 weeks and shipping fast.

This is my first post about it anywhere. I would love feedback, suggestions etc. I'm working on it very actively so I'm happy to add anything
