Hiya!
I just got an offer for YRH yesterday and had a few questions. My lease will start in June, but i won’t be back in Vancouver until late August (international student…). How would subletting work in this case where I won’t be present for contract signing and uhm all the subletting specifics? If anyone has had a similar experience, I would rlly appreciate some guidance!

Also, if in the worse case scenario where I can’t find anyone to sublet to, is there like a limit for how long I have to formally pick up my keys and move into my unit (like will they terminate my lease if the unit is vacant for however long)? Or, is it whatever as long as I pay the rent?
