Hi, I'm looking for a bit of advice on my first army.
Last year in october my boyfriend started painting mini's for the first time. (Tyranids) I've always liked painting and being creative, but I had never painted mini's before and I was intrigued. I painted some of his figs to try it out and finally decided I wanted an army of my own, I chose the nurglings.
I bought the pustules box and got to work.
I'm not 100% happy about how the tree turned out. I'm thinking the bark and the earth are so dark, feels like something is missing but I can't figure out what exactly.
I am however very happy with my plaguebearers and the spoilpox scrivener. My boyfriend also got me the nurglings to paint, any tips on painting those? I'm thinking to paint them unassembled and then putting them together afterwards.
I would love some tips and tricks to improve. Thank you.
