Any recommendations for a "centerpiece" fish for my aquarium?

Heavily planted 110 liter / 29ish gallons walstaed style tank, HOB filter with gentle flow

Stocking:

100-200 Red Cherry Shrimp

9 Neon Tetras

8 Celestial Pearl Danios

6 Otocinclus

1 Nerite Snail

Bladder Snails

I am thinking about a female betta or a gourami. A friend of mine is looking to rehome his angelfish but I haven't looked into that yet.

Any advice on these potential picks? Any other fish you would recommend?
