Playing as byz and finally managed to get spawn the Latin movement for it to be… underwhelming. Its converted 19 locations in southern Italy than slowed to a crawl in all locations and stop spreading. Worst part about this is I swapped into the latin culture for free when event popped off making my previous 5 culture capacity turn to 16 since now I only had 100k primary pops out of 8 million. Genuinely killed my growth for a few years which was annoying but I haven’t seen anyone else really mention the movement aside from it not working
