If I have DigiEmp in play, I swing at security, and deleted a Lvl 5 or lower Digimon through security battle, does DigiEmp "see" this and can let me suspend + draw 1? Playgroup friend argued no, since DigiEmp doesn't "see" the security stack.
Follow up - will Digiemp proc for bottom-deccking & 0 DP effects?
