Is this normal?
My case got terminated so I sent in an appeal and sent in the stuff they needed
(I had started a new job that was refusing to give me 4 weeks of stubs so I had to wait to get them and now theyre delaying about my bank account which is the last thing)
But I sent in the appeal, instead of the appeal being recognized on the portal, theyre working on the case so I can't even get my benefits expedited and again, a delay on whats in my checkings.
This is in tn so I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this or if its normal since ive never dealt with this before, I also dont even know who's my case manager they also haven't told me who, except for sending a note to them and they haven't reached out either(which I'm sure theyre busy considering a lot of people are having issues with renewals )
