Help me out supposed Churchill bed? Texas, USA
Ok so I bought this beautiful brass bed off marketplace and the woman (later 40s early 50s) said when she was a kid they lived in uk for 12 years. Her mom was an antique collector and got this bed and was told it came from a Churchill estate. It is an h&s stamps patent on side rail 11354. Has tag Wiley and Lockhead ltd Glasgow. Is brass and wrought iron. Tested with magnets. What’s weird is that it is bigger than an American queen. What are your thoughts? There’s is no paperwork that I know of. I don’t really care if it’s not but love this bed. Not sure exact age but made after 1883 so hopefully not breaking any rules!
