I've recently started a very physical warehouse job after being completely sedentary for 3ish years. Im doing my best to stay hydrated and eat the right foods so I can recover from the extreme change in activity. Unfortunately, my lower left back siezed up and it felt like someone grabbing my spine and holding me in place. I was able to get it to loosen up after doing like 5ish minutes of stretching on the floor so I could finish my shift. I'm thinking it's some combination of tight hamstrings & weak core/hips. Outside of leg lifts and crunches, what at home exercises can I do to help fix this?
