Hello all, I am newly hired to USAA in the past 3 months, and have spent a lot of time reading this subreddit, and I know this might turn into a problematic post…. But i would love anyones opinion and what you love and dont love about filing a claim and dealing with CCR reps ? I have a broad spectrum idea, but lets make this a safe space, highly unlikely but if i can make a positive change or deliver exceptional service to our members, i want to do that, as well as if there are any major flaws, i want to at least be able to answer some questions or evaluate and submit it to be reviewed for change… thank you guys in advance and please be respectful. I love the company and the mission, I wont be engaging in any purely hate related comments, or nasty experiences with an individual employee non claims related. For example i dont want to hear about banking issues lol….Looking more for pattern related comments and to spark intelligent conversation that may benefit me or give me an opportunity to provide clarity within the scope of my position.
