I was hired as a food runner at Mastro’s Steakhouse. I’ve never had a support staff or back of house position before, I’ve only served and bartended. The only reason I accepted the food runner position is because I figured Mastro’s is very upscale and worth taking a lower position in order to get my foot in the door. Anyone know how much I would make as a food runner nightly? Or anything else I might need to know? Thanks!
