Can someone tell me what is the difference between ‘Breakthrough’ and ‘Attack & Defend’? Reading the description they sound like the same but I’m so confused.

I must say for Bf6 they did an absolute horrendous setup of these multiplayer modes for someone to actually understand what’s what..
