Hey everyone, I’m looking for some outside perspective because I’ve been overthinking this for weeks.
I’m 29, based in Lahore and I am at a weird spot. I finished 7 semesters of my Computer Science degree but never actually graduated. Life happened, I moved into Business Development and that’s what I’ve been doing since. I am currently making about 200k PKR/month, which is decent, but I feel like I am hitting a ceiling.
On the side, I have built a solid presence on Upwork mostly WordPress stuff and i have cleared about $20k there. So, I know how to talk to clients and I understand the "business" side of tech.
I’m torn between two very different paths:
- Path A: IT Project Management.
- Path B: Agentic AI.
Is it worth the "reset" to dive into Agentic AI right now, or should I play to my strengths in management? Would love to hear from anyone who’s made a pivot like this.
